We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided “as-is,” without warranty. You use them at your own risk and should review the provider’s terms.

If any provision is determined to be invalid, it will not affect the enforceability of remaining Terms.

ARTICLE 16 – TERMINATION

Obligations incurred prior to termination remain effective. You may terminate by ceasing use, and we may terminate access at our discretion without notice.

ARTICLE 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Lunaya, superseding prior agreements. Ambiguities will not be interpreted against the drafter.

ARTICLE 18 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any related agreements are governed by applicable law.

ARTICLE 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS

You may view the current Terms on this page at any time. We reserve the right to update or change the Terms by posting updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

ARTICLE 21 – PAYMENT DEADLINES

In the event of late payment, the consumer has six days to settle.

ARTICLE 22 – PAYMENT METHODS

ARTICLE 23 – PAYMENT & LATE PAYMENT PENALTIES

Ownership remains with Lunaya until full payment. Failure to pay may result in reclaiming goods and suspension of shipment. If goods are in transit, they will be returned to Lunaya’s headquarters, and all transport surcharges will be the customer’s responsibility.

ARTICLE 24 – RISK TRANSFER

Risk of custody transfers to the customer once goods are delivered or handed to the carrier.

ARTICLE 25 – DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Consumers must inspect orders upon receipt. They have 24 hours to report issues, using delivery timing as proof. Provide evidence (photos/videos) to [email protected].

ARTICLE 27 – REFUSAL TO PAY

If the customer refuses full payment, deposits are forfeited. The customer has 30 days from last payment to complete; otherwise, the order is cancelled and deposits retained.

ARTICLE 28 – 14‑DAY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance or off-premises purchases, except for custom-made or personalized items.

For non-custom items (e.g., kegel balls), the withdrawal applies only if the product is unused, in original packaging with seal intact. Opened items for hygiene reasons (underwear, cosmetics, sex toys) are non-returnable.

Lunaya reserves the right to refuse returns for hygiene concerns.

ARTICLE 29 – DELIVERY REFUSAL

If the customer refuses delivery of a custom item, it is returned to Lunaya’s headquarters and held for 30 days. Additional transport costs are charged. After 30 days from refusal, the order is cancelled, and deposits retained.

ARTICLE 30 – ORDER CANCELLATION

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Ownership remains with Lunaya until payment is complete.

ARTICLE 31 – REFUNDS

Refunds after cancellation are processed within 48 hours, possibly taking up to 10 days (except SEPA payments). SEPA payments are refunded within eight weeks of receipt.

ARTICLE 32 – BANK FEES ON REFUNDS

If the customer cancels, banking and currency conversion fees are their responsibility. If we cancel, banking fees are covered by Lunaya, but conversion fees remain with the customer.

ARTICLE 33 – PRICE REDUCTIONS

Discounts, coupons, and rebates are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
